She was working so hard in those boots too, pushing Bubs around in that car is not easy!! Her feet were sooooo sweaty when I finally got them off her!!

Boots
When out in public and you come across little kids and their clothes totally don't match, or their hair is looking a little goofy, or they have on make up all over their face, you gotta giggle and know that they dressed themselves or did their own hair or make up. As a parent, you know that you must choose your battles and some battles are not worth fighting. So, for those of you who see me out and my kids look a little goofy, just know, it wasn't worth the fight. With Jaden, I didn't have to start compromising with her until she was almost 3. Well, my little Skylar, at the age of 21 months, has already formed an opinion about certain things and when she doesn't get her way, she throws quite the fit. Well, if anyone would have drove by my house a few days ago, they would have figured it out quickly that it wasn't worth the fight, she won, and she chose to wear the bright pink WINTER boots in the 80+ degree weather.

That's adorable and I know exactly how you feel. Kaylee wore her Dora the Explorer outfit to the grocery store the other day. It's meant to be a Halloween costume but like you said, it's not worth the fight. It's funny to see people - every Mom just snickers because they know........
