A week and a half ago (I am a little behind) we took the kids down to Coralridge mall for a night out of the house. On the last Friday night of every month, the Children's Museum and the Carousel are both free, which was fabulous that we saved some money there, but it was a bit busy!! 
The kids had a great time at the Children's Museum, running around and playing pretend. Jadens loves the pretend grocery store. Skylars favorite part was in the room with all the balls and building her own car. As for Cael, he loved playing with the big Thomas the Train train set. The kids had a blast, but their favorite part was of course, riding the carousel!!! Skylar loved the elephant and Jaden ran right to her favorite white cat. We got away with only having to ride it twice, but I think the girls would have gone all night on it. It was very nice getting out of the house and doing something fun with the kids!!
On our way out of the mall, I let Jaden stop at Build-A-Bear and make a new furry friend. She has been asking me to do it for quite some time. Skylar wasn't interested in doing one, so she, Cael, and Daddy played out in the play land and waited. Jaden had a great time watching Becca the Bear get stuffed, fluffed, and then picking out a special outfit for her.

I didn't know that was free on that Friday night, what fun. Nice to get out after the long winter.
