Jadens family picture by the bonfireSummer has officially begun at our house with with the 1 big even over the weekend: Our 1st bonfire of the year!!
It was soooo much fun and so relaxing!! The kids have been asking to have a bonfire for weeks now and the weather was finally warm enough to have one. Our neighbors came down and joined us, we made smores and they tasted so yummy, and the kids had so much fun running around outside in the dark!! The first smores of the year are always extra yummy, it was like we had forgotten what they tasted like!
This picture is one that Jaden drew of our family around the fire. She even added the stars in the sky and included Mickey laying down by the fire (which is exactly what she does). She did a great job and was so very proud of herself!
Oh how I love these days-they just keep getting longer and warmer:)
