HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
It was sooo much fun!! I really do love Halloween! Tad stayed home this year and handed out candy, or as I understood later he did hand out candy, but with 2 other dads in the neighborhood while they sat in the driveway with their own treats. Ahh, small town living at its best. As tradition, we walked around town and then headed over to my in-laws to end the evening, where they had soup, sandwiches, and beverages waiting for us!! Thank you very much, it was yummy.
Cael was Buzz Lightyear, from Toy Story for those of you who are not up to speed on the Disney movies. This is one of Caels favorite characters and he just loved wearing it. For 2 weeks now, whenever it was brought up about trick or treating or Halloween, the kid would yell "I'm Buzz!". He made the cutest Buzz "to infinity and Beyond!!"

What great weather we had for trick or treating this year!!! It felt like spring it was so great!! We had actually had a picnic outside earlier in the day to enjoy the weather so much. Wish it would last another 1-2 months.
The kids had so much fun going out Trick or Treating this year. This was Caels 1st year out and he caught on quickly to say "trick or treat" and then "thank you". After that, he would turn around and say to me "just 1 in my bag" , as I kept on telling them to only take 1 treat from the bowls of candy offered. 
We went out with our neighbor Brandi and her daughters, Claire and Aubrey.

Jaden was Prilla, a Tinkerbell Fairy friend. Very beautiful!! She was very excited that we curled her hair all up and put some make-up and glitter on her face!! As many of you know, Jadens hair is stick straight, just like mine, so check out all the curls she had!! She loved it! She was the prettiest fairy in all the land!!
Skylar was a cowgirl on a pink horse! This just fits Skylar to a T! Very cute costume and she looked adorable in it!! She loved the pink horse and couldn't wait to wear it out trick or treating! The cutest cowgirl in the Midwest!
Skylar wanted me to show everyone this picture of her dressed up like Buzz. She also loves Buzz Lightyear and they now fight over who gets to wear it. Skylar will wear the headpiece, gloves, and the shoe covers, she also makes a pretty cute Buzz!

The kids look GREAT for Halloween!!! Cael has got to be the best Buzz Lightyear EVER! :) Love that pic of him. The girls' hair is beautiful - bet they felt like little princesses.........

He would have looked great with Tater who dressed up as Woody! He is really looking like a big boy! It's been so long since I've blog surfed :)
