Fall Soccer

Skylar and Cael got the opportunity to play soccer once again this fall.

For those of you who got a chance to catch a game, my kids are quite the little hustlers and love the game.

Skylar plays 5 on 5 1s/2nd graders. 

She loves it and is quite awesome (she doesn't get her skills from me). 

Her favorite position is goalie. She is so very quick on her feet and is amazing to watch.

She never gets nervous and did an amazing job when it came down to kicking penalty kicks.  She was lucky to have a good friend of our Clint W as her coach. He was always very calm and gave great coaching advice, and was a lot of fun!

Can was in the the peek/k group and played 3 on 3 game. He was so fast at the game and never gave up. He always hustled after the ball and wasn't afraid of getting right in there. I was honored to be able to be his coach. I didn't know much about soccer, but I caught on quickly and enjoyed teaching the kids the basics of soccer.

At the tournament at the end of the year, Caels team got 3rd place. I was so very proud of them!!

Skylars team got 2nd place in their division!! IT was awesome(and stressful) to watch!

It was a fun season the they can't wait until they get to play again next year, where they will get to be on the same team!! YEAH!!
