Over Fathers Day weekend, we made our 2nd annual trip up to Bagley, Wisconsin to stay at the Jellystone campground. The kids were so excited to go. Since we had so much fun last year, we decided to go for an extra day this year. And, it was handy also since Tad was still off work. 

We headed out on Thursday and about an hour into the trip, we started hearing the questions:

"Are We There YET?"

"How Much Further?"

"Are We Still In IOWA?"

They just couldn't help themselves.

And honestly, either could we.

While we got things unpacked, the kids road around on these pedal carts.

They rode these all weekend and loved it!! What great exercise!!

We had so much fun!!
Four days filled with lots of swimming, mini-golf, pedal carts, video games, hanging in the cabin, and just sitting back and relaxing. And, I even got to do some reading, which I never get squeezed in while at home!!

It  was so very relaxing to be away from the hurry of being home and just having fun in the sun.
The great thing about this campground is they have fun activities the kids can participate in all weekend and it keeps them busy. Then, we get to end each evening with the old Yogi Bear Cartoons in the park.
We grew up with Yogi Bear and it still makes me laugh, and the kids think they are funny!!

As we loaded up and headed home, we had a few tears as the kids hated saying 'Good-bye".
The kids had so much fun, we are hoping we may be able to squeeze in another weekend this year.
I love going on a vacation like this where it is actually relaxing, and not running the entire time.
Just feels good to kick back and relax once in a while.
Can't wait until we get to return!!
