Skylar finally lost her 1st tooth!! We never thought she would lose it, but Tad finally wiggled it out of there. Her big tooth started coming in behind her baby tooth and it just wouldn't get loose. After calling the dentist, it took 3 more weeks before that thing finally came out!! Poor girl has my teeth and her roots on her baby teeth don't decay real easy. I just hope she doesn't have to get a lot pulled in the future.

Don't know if you can see it, but the big tooth was coming in behind the baby one. Kinda like a shark, she had 2 rows of teeth:)

And here's the tooth!! Tad pulled it out New Years Day. Skylar was a trooper, no tears and she let him get in there and get it out (the other option was to go to the dentist that week, which she did not want to do)
My toothless girl!! I hate it when they start to lose their teeth, it makes their smiles so very different. But, I guess it has to happen. She was so excited to wake up the next day and find a gold dollar in her pillow and fairy dust all around her pillow. She really is growing up.

Congrats to Skylar on loosing her first tooth. I love the little empty spaces in their mouths, just don't always like the big teeth when they come in to the little mouth.
